We great you with a welcoming "Servus" (Hello!) from 14.00 in the Tirolerherz. Should you be arriving after 19.00, please let us know.
We hope that you have had a pleasant stay and would ask that you vacate your room by 10.00, so we are able to cordially welcome our next guests.
You can store your bike or e-bike safely and easily in our Bike Barn.
Travel on Regiobus is free of charge through PillerseeTal for guests.

Up to 3 months before departure free of charge (we reserve the right to charge a processing fee in any case).

Deposits will be converted into a voucher in the event of a cancellation free of charge. We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.

Is available right outside the hotel
The tourism association offers vacation guests who travel by train many attractive ways to enjoy their vacation in the PillerseeTal in an environmentally friendly way. With the free shuttle from the train station to the accommodation and back, you can relax even before the vacation has really begun!

A charging station is available directly at the hotel for a flat rate of € 7 per charging process.

Our entire hotel is exclusively for our hotel guests.
Cash, Maestro, debit and credit cards
Your pets are very welcome here. Cost: € 12 per day. Please note that dogs are not permitted in the dining hall, or in the wellness area. We would also ask you to make sure that couches and beds in the rooms are only used by our biped guests.
Sauna opening hours:
- Winter: 15 - 19
- Summer: by request
- Plenty of sauna towels are available for you in the wellness area. For a fee of € 5, you can loan a bathing robe from us for the duration of your stay.
Ski room with shoe dryer
SMOKING IS PROHIBITED in all areas of the Tirolerherz. We would ask that smokers use the balcony or terrace to smoke.
Meal times
Our hearty farmhouse breakfast is available from 8.00- 10.00
From 18.00 - 19.30 we are delighted to serve our delicious farmhouse menu by candlelight.
We are happy to fulfill gluten/lactose-free requests. We ask for early information.
Of course, those guests who would like to do without meat are also spoiled with delicacies from the vegetarian cuisine. We do not offer vegan cuisine! We ask for early information.
